At A Bless our target is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way possible, all our products will be shipped from the Holy Land, Israel through Tel Aviv airport using the best international carriers depend on the destinations they are serving worldwide.

Free standard shipping is available for customers on orders with a subtotal of $100 or more and a maximum weight of two kilograms to the countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address, while other countries that require supplement on shipping your order it will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout, for your convenient upgrade shipping carrier is also available for all orders as a choice with minimum supplement.
All orders with a subtotal of $250 and a maximum weight of five kilograms will be upgraded freely to a premium shipping carrier on which we guarantee delivery between 3-5 Business days from the shipping date

Register Air Mail (Israel Post)
Important: Some international carriers use a national or regional carrier in your destination to deliver your package, when this happens your tracking information may not be accurately reflected on the international carrier website
The buyer bears the responsibility to provide A Bless with the correct input of the delivery address upon buying
In case anything goes wrong with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, A Bless cannot bear the responsibility for the loss that might happen.
In case A Bless needs additional information regarding a delivery address, the buyer may be approached by A Bless in order to provide additional information, accordingly a delay in the delivery of the products may occur.
A Bless will not ship orders to P.O. BOXES
In case an order suffers a delay, or cannot be implemented, our customer will be notified about this as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
All our products except custom made orders will be shipped from the Holy Land within three business from the moment your order is set excluding weekends and Holidays
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation that includes a tracking number, please click here to track your order
Estimate delivery date is calculated by combining the expected shipping date and transit time, taking in consideration that weekends and holidays are not calculated as business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
All our products will be marked as religious and biblical items, generally are exempted from import duties and taxes worldwide, but in case the authorities in your destination levied duties and taxes at the time of delivery the sole responsibility will be on the recipient who must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.
A Bless has no control over these charges, nor predict what they may be, customs policies vary widely, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.
Please take into consideration when customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays on the estimated delivery date of the products

Returns & refund policy
Thanks for supporting A Bless, you have 15 calendar days to return any product from the date you received your shipment except custom made or personalized items , to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Kindly note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from A Bless
Your item must be in original packaging and needs to have the receipt of purchase from A Bless.
If you received a defective, damaged, or missing parts item please keep all original packaging and email us at info@ABless.org with a full explanation of the damaged item or items and picture within two days from the date you receive your shipment.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and immediately we will notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return item or items is due to A Bless mistake we will initiate a full refund including the shipping cost to your credit card within seven business days from receiving your return item or items
If your return item or items is due to your personal choice kindly notify us by email at info@ ABless.org, and ship to A Bless shipping address within fifteen business days from receiving your shipment, please click here for (shipping Instructions). Kindly email us with the tracking number, once we receive the items we will notify you, accordingly we will inspect your return item or items, if your return is approved we will initiate a refund excluding shipping cost and payment method commissions within seven business days
If your return is due to a damaged item or items please insert the broken items in the original shipping box and ship to A Bless shipping address within five business days from receiving your shipment, please click here for (shipping Instructions). Kindly email us with the tracking number, once we receive the items we will notify you and we will ship replacement items to you within seven business days, in case a replacement item or items not available we will initiate a full refund including the shipping cost to your credit card within seven business days.
